How to Contribute to Support of SMLRS

The Nixa Amateur Radio Club, Inc. in conjunction with the Greene County Emergency Management Agency, the Missouri Highway Patrol amateur radio club (MULEBARN), the Southwest Amateur Radio Group, the Vernon county EMA and W0PM and NUMEROUS individual amateur operators throughout the region partnered together to place into service an 11 repeater linked system to cover ARES Region D, which covers  Southwest Missouri.   Component hardware is owned by the participants.  Operation of the components is subject to a joint operating agreement.

Contact smlrs.k0nxa@gmail.com for specific information on how to make a 100% tax–‐deductible contribution to the system for coverage expansion projects or for annual maintenance expenses. Maintaining and expanding this system can only be done with your support. Any size gift is greatly appreciated to help offset system expenses.

You can send contributions electronically to paypal@nixahams.net and write “SMLRS Operations Donation” in the memo / note field or you can mail a check to Nixa Amateur Radio Club, P.O. Box 467, Nixa, MO 65714.

Donations are sent to the Nixa ARC due to their 501(c)3 status allowing businesses and individuals to receive tax credit for their incredible monetary and equipment donations.
